Win Hill
After the steep 30 minute walk up through the dark dense woodland from Yorkshire Bridge I arrived at the top of Win Hill to be greeted a hazy but bright summers evening. This was one of the last photo’s of the evening just before the sun dropped below the horizon over to the right. The haze meant that the light had a beautifully diffused quality allowing me catch the last of the glow on the rocks but also keep the detail in the Great Ridge separating Edale and the Hope Valley in the background.
