Evening at the Corn Field - Hampton Lucy
Cornfields on the road between Hampton Lucy and Sherbourne, the sun was setting directly behind me, the strip of light running through the shot was a result of a gap in the thick hedge, the sun was very low in the sky and the hedge was blocking most of the suns rays, however the gap enabled a large strip of light to shine through giving a golden glow the the tips of the corn.
Commended in the 2008 Warwickshire Photo Competition.
